Google Galaxy Nexus phone Android 4 to HDMI

It looks like it works, so a Micro-B USB to HDMI adapter is required starting at about $50. There are a few, but I still love Apple's wireless solution; I expect that is next in line if you use an Amazon subscription and adapter (yet to be invented).

Discovering the Android 4 Nexus

Here are my discoveries. It has lots of sensors; it is ready for google's distributed sensor database system.

This may all be nubie stuff to old hands; but here goes.

• First, it connects to my Google Cloud out of the box.  My contacts are in the phone; just say CALL Steve and there are my nunbers.
• It is big enough to surf and read. The font is extraordinarily clear even if sometimes small.
• It responds instantly to every gesture thanks to the Dual Core processor.
• The Speech to Text works very well, so no more typing email. That is very cool.
• There is no iPhone Siri but it responds so well to my speech that I haven't missed it.

• Skype video call doesn't work, audio is fine.

• Stopwatch & Timer Counts up and down

• My Fitness for my pulse, etc.

Monitoring usage

• NetCounter for Cell and WiFi consumtion history

• Thermo a web based thermometer...
• Disco Light just to make a flashlight, send morse code and flash to the beat.
