Publishing coronavirus vaccine information by press release (hi there Moderna) should automatically trigger a halt in trading of the company's stocks. Until exposed to peer review no such stock should be traded.
This might both limit insider trading opportunities and allow for a cool down period while additional information is brought forward.
Public trust in the scientific method is being undermined to manipulate the stock price.
This pervasive practice is not acceptable!
