The picture above shows a company's server rack. Clearly, this was setup while the company first started and instead of professionally installing a rack, purchasing real servers, and properly installing the wires, they just shoved computer after computer, installed a server os on it, and plugged in as needed. Now, if they want to re-organize this they'd have to shutdown the company for a few days at the very least; so they're just going to leave it like that.
