1. WRITE everything down

• Agendas, calendars, notebooks, task lists.

2. REDUCE to the essential

• Things you hate: DROP them or if you can't AUTOMATE them. 
• Things you love: FOCUS on them.

3. Stop and QUESTION what you are doing

• Don't go with your first thought. 

Of the 50 projects you are doing right now in your life, you can only be aware of about seven at any given time.
