Intel unveils 22nm 3D Ivy Bridge processor


Moore's law, it seems we always find a way around it. Who would have thought we would be building 3D structures using 50 atoms!  Thanks Jacques. Steve.
The next chip manufacturing process will be 14nm, followed by 11nm.
Atoms are typically around 0.5nm wide.
