Building automation with open source software? Wait till you see what it does... This is very exciting and free; if you dare run your building on it. The IT department doesn't really want to take on HVAC, but they may have no choice, the building maintenance staff have trouble with the current complexity of these systems and have to hire a consultant to change a few settings.
