It was very enlightening to compare French-Canadian (High Context Culture) with English Canadian (Low Context Culture). Maybe our two solitudes are not so much linguistic, but cultural.

High context culture - Low context culture
This perspective on the relationships can really help me understand why some people are always after me for something and others wish there was more external information available. Why some voraciously read my notes and others keep asking questions refusing to consult notes.
