DART to Haïti

Canada's first wave of DART was on the ground in 18 hours; with 10 beds and 250 out patient per day capability. Thats the best anyone 3000 km away could do. Even if 100 countries had a DART service and were pre-authorised to invade the country with help, it would hardly make the news (1000 beds vs 100,000 victims). That's why they call it a disaster, because no human effort could save the vast majority of victims.
