It took 5 hours from pressing F10 to restore to accessing the Internet. Thankfully, there is almost no intervention required, just let it copy from the DVDs to the fresh hard disk.
I have this 200 GB drive so it will be my new C: since it will only record TV shows and access the Internet I want the machine to run at top speed. I deleted most of the toy software that comes with the new machine.
