I had a wonderful afternoon going round
La Balade Gourmande des Bois-Francs with mom; from The Cross in
Arthabaska to Warwick,
Tingwick, Ste-Elisabeth, St-Albert. We tasted delicious coffee, sausage, apple deserts,
tourtière and saw a great deal of local art; the hats made of ties were strange, they work for women, but I tried it on and looked rather ... wild; we had such a laugh. Finding a
vineyard in
les Bois-Francs was a
surprise, sadly their wine is only available in
rosé and port, to be kind it's not something I would drink.

Things I saw for sale in Ste-Elizabeth
de Warwick:
I had the cod in batter for supper and it was delicious, but felt like a lump in my stomach all evening.
