My Lifestyle Changes slowly over 4 years.

  1. First we sold the big house, moved into a smaller one. To cut down on the stress of making lots of money to pay it down.
  2. Then we moved closer to work, walking distance actually, and walked every day to work (2 km).
  3. We had a basket by the door, and placed $5 in it if we used the car. It motivated us to walk more.
  4. I started going to school by bike every other day except on bad weather days (like January and February, windy, cold, heavy rain).
  5. I started watching my food intake. Shifting food groups to healthier choices.
  6. I started biking daily 8 k to my new job location.
  7. I started running 20 minutes every other day on top of the biking.
  8. Mindstyle changes over time: Changing my self myself from a big, strong, low gear, walking beast a small, light, agile, running gazelle?
  9. Vanity: be proud of my appearance.
