Office 2003 does not ship with Microsoft Photo Editor. If you have a previous version of Office, you can install it from there. If not, you can use an image control on a form to view the image. You can store the path to the image in a Text field and can view that image with the Image control.

- New tool photoshop express holds promise but average features, nothing like it's big brother. But then it's free and available anytime without download. It will help you organize, edit, store (up to 2 GB), and show off your photos on places such as Facebook or your blog.
It works very well, but has no special feature. Perspective correction is the next big hurdle that needs "simplification". I would use it when pictures are taken at odd angles (buildings, etc.) or when I have to shoot from the side to hide the flash reflection from the picture.
