We used these two sites to rent our 2 houses in spain (One in Olvera, one in Benalmádena). We did not pay in advance, we paid cash after inspection. Both owners were English and very friendly. We paid 250 euro for 6 nights in a small house in the village of Olvera, 375 euro for 6 nights in a luxury condo in Benalmádena)
