I have been using this app for 10 weeks and my attention is not lagging, the pounds are comming off smoothly at prescribed rate of one or two per week. I don't feel hungry with my six meal/snacks per day. I recommend the free version of
Noom Coach for Android or iPhone. The notifications keep me thinking of portion control. The long term plan keeps me realistic. This is do-able. Steve
