Open the photo you wish to remove lens blur from in Photoshop.
Go to "Filter" on the Photoshop screen, then "Sharpen" and click on the "Smart Sharpen" tab. Click on the "Removal" drop-down list to the bottom-right of the "Smart Sharpen" screen. Select "Lens Blur" from the drop-down list.
