Learn Continuous Chest Compression CPR

I spoke to a certified "first aider in the workplace" and she said her course supports the video. They also learn the airway portion (mouth to mouth) but only check for breathing after they have administered a goodly amount of the technique in the movie. As they say, there is plenty of oxygen in the blood but it isn't reaching the brain; hence there is no rush to add oxygen through mouth to mouth. Every website supports this technique, there are no detractors that I can find. That is very unusual.
"Continuous Chest Compression CPR, a hands-only CPR method that doubles a person’s chance of surviving cardiac arrest. It’s easy and does not require mouth-to-mouth contact, making it more likely bystanders will try to help,"

Thanks Alex
