In Access 2007, you can change your macro settings by clicking the new
Microsoft Office Button in the upper-left corner of the screen and then
clicking Access Options at the bottom of the menu. The Microsoft Office
Button provides access to file-related actions and options that apply to your
Access installation.
In the Access Options dialog box, click the Trust Center tab, and then click
Trust Center Settings. In the Trust Center dialog box, select the Macro
Settings tab and choose whether to run macros and whether you receive
notification if macros are disabled
