An ebayer that I have been corresponding with sent me the following American Government website address which should be useful to both victim sellers and victim buyers in the United states. They might even be doing things internationally:
http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
This is the address of the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) - they seem to deal with almost every flavour of technology-related crime!
