- If I'm increasing my weight over yesterday (note active mode), I eat half the volume of fat, but make up the volume with vegetables (lots of celery, lettuce). A little renovation work keeps me active on weekends.
- I wear an undershirt so I'm never "chilled" ever, all day.
- I don't repunch my belt, yet. It's better than the scale to mark my progress.
- I weigh myself holding 4 litres of water (9 pounds) since that is what I have to loose in this round. The scary numbers help motivate me.
