Les travaux suivants, qui ne permettent pas d'augmenter suffisamment la cote ÉnerGuide, ne donnent pas droit à la seconde évaluation énergétique gratuite (évaluation après travaux). Le client devra alors débourser les frais exigés (prix suggéré de 149,95 $, taxes en sus, pour une maison individuelle de taille moyenne).

- remplacement de climatiseurs ;
