Make a custom dictionnary for Palm computers

1. You will need Excel to turn the word pairs into a CSV file
2. The CSV file will be imported to this dictionnary maker application.
3. AW_Dictionary_Maker.html. It comes with RoadLingua dictionnary viewer.
