The simplified interface would list EVENTS as follows:
EVENTS:
- Bill arrives
- Pay - Supplier - Owner - Employee
- Invoice Client
- Receive money from : Client - Owner - Employee
- Employee Starts - Employee Leaves
The POST button should be replaced by : "Are you absolutely sure?"
Right now the software interface is fine for a trained user, but incomprehensible to the average person. The computer could mask much of the complexity and language (or provide it only on when requested in the configuration).
The current system clear to anyone conversant with accounting journals:

- To account
- Journal Interface
- Automatic postings behind Journal interface
But the help and "simple" interface has nothing to do with the mindset of the average user trying to deal with a stack of work.
